Its workflow customization engine helps organizations shape processes around actual operating roles, including industrial-park workforce management scenarios.

Administrators can arrange workflow components, configure process nodes, define applicants and approvers, use supported group assignments and publish processes suited to their organization. Employees then use the mobile workplace for applications, personal information, access tasks and other permitted operations. Business-oriented IM supports operational communication without being positioned as a general daily chat product.
